Camp runs Sunday, June 21st to Saturday, June 27th, 2026.

If you register and pay at least the deposit now you will be added to a waitlist, and we will hold your registration fee until camp. If spots open up for your age ranges, we will notify you.
- If you do not get off the waitlist we will refund your registration fee by July 15th (less any Paypal fees).
- If you wish to remove yourself from the waitlist, we will refund you within the month (less any Paypal fees).
- If you do get off the waitlist, we will expect full payment, within 1 month or 2 days before camp begins, whichever is earlier.
If you have any special needs regarding housing, diet, mobility, activity, etc., you can note these in your registration so that they can be discussed with the camp registrar or managers before camp. We can be reached at familyweek@bacds.org.
Visitors and part-time campers can disrupt the camp routine, thus we do not allow any except by special arrangement with the registrar. Youth age 16 and below must be accompanied by an adult.

* Registrations on or after May 1, 2026 go up by $50/person (including kids).
** In exchange for work trade, adults get $250 off the full price and teens get $200 off. See our financial aid page for details.
Cancellation Policy
Registration will be fully refunded, except a $50 per-camper admin fee, if canceled before May 1st or due to COVID. It will be half refunded if canceled before June 7th.
