Family Week is a part of and partially funded by the non-profit Bay Area Country Dance Society.
The work to put on Family Week is shared by a volunteer committee of about 15 members who meet monthly throughout the year. Some of the key members for 2026:

Audrey LeBovidge (Programmer)
Audrey’s love of dance was curated in childhood.
For the past two years, she enjoyed the meticulous organization and community interactions managing the Camp Bookstore offered. Audrey continues to enjoy organizational and logistic puzzles while using her extensive dance background and enthusiasm for connection to bring folks, music, and dance together.

Zia Rauwolf (Co-Registrar) and her daughter, Lysandra, have been coming to camp since 2013. Zia likes to play Irish flute accompanied by her husband, Ben. She’s loved serving this community as camp manager from 2019 to 2025. In 2026, she will serve as co-registrar, responding to questions from current and potential campers.

Stephen Gildea (Co-Registrar) and Sola Grantham (Co-Manager) and their kids, collectively the SGs, developed their love of dance in the MIT Tech Squares community in Cambridge MA. They have been attending Family Week since 2015. Sola maintains the website, enjoys making all the logistics run smoothly, and loves finding ways for community members to chip in that bring them enjoyment. Stephen has been programming up the back-end magic for the registration system for several years now.

Terry Solomon (Co-Manager)
Terry Solomon attended camp from when she was four until eighteen and was the first teen to run snack shop. She loved growing up in the dance community. She joined a Morris team in grad school. Now she’s back and helping to run camp!

Shelby Solomon (Treasurer)
Vicki, Shelby, and family have been attending Family Week almost every year since 1995. When their children left home for college, they brought their nieces. In 2019 their eldest daughter Rory returned to camp with her family,. Their daughter Jamie is the adult overseeing Teen Town and their niece Gracie has been running Snack Shop. Shelby has been treasurer for Family Week since 2007.
