Registration:

Welcome to the online registration form.  You can fill it out, print it, and transmit mail a copy to the Playford Ball registrar.  However, be warned!  Until the corresponding funds are received you are not registered.  Date of registration will be the date when monies are actually received.  (Translation:  no dough...no deal...no dance.  'nuff said).

Full registration if received before March 8th $23
