East Bay Workshop Veterans Hall 6401 Stockton Avenue El Cerrito, CA

From I-80: Exit east (away from the Bay) at El Cerrito/Central Avenue.  Turn left at San Pablo Avenue (traffic light).   At the next traffic light, turn right at Stockton.  The hall is one block up (there is street parking).

Peninsula Workshop and Ball Review Catholic Charities Hall 600 Columbia Drive San Mateo, CA

From I-280: Take CA Hwy 92 east (about 3.2 miles) - OR -  From US 101: Take CA Hwy 92 west (about 1.6 miles).

Once there, from either: Exit north onto Alameda de la Pulgas.  Continue over several hills and cross Parrott Drive.  At the next street, Columbia Drive turn left and quickly right into the parking lot.  (Alternate - continue on Alameda and pull into the first driveway on the left).

The Playford Ball Scottish Rite Temple 1547 Lakeside Drive Oakland, CA

From I-580: Take Grand Avenue exit and go south.  Turn right on Harrison Street (at the lake) and right on Madison.   There is a parking lot behind the Rite on your left.

From I-880 coming north: Take the Oak Street exit and turn Right onto Oak.  Oak turns into Lakeside Drive after 14th Street.  To get to the back of the hall, continue around on Lakeside and turn left onto Madison.

Parking behind the temple is very limited; please carpool or consider one of the paid lots near 14th and Madison.

Post-Playford Party Hoffmann's Hausbrau 258 Wayne Ave Oakland, CA

This is just on the other side of the lake from the Ball.  From the Rite parking lot, get onto Madison heading south (If on Lakeside, it curves around 17th, take the 1st left onto Madison) towards I-880.  Go to 14th Street and turn left.  Take the slight left at the intersection of East 12th Street to stay on 14th Street.  Take the slight left onto 1st Avenue.  1st Avenue becomes Lakeshore Avenue.  Turn right onto Hanover Avenue and a quick right onto Wayne Avenue.

From I-280: Take Foothill Expressway exit and go east, away from the hills - OR - From US 101: Take CA Hwy 85 to Homestead.  Turn right and go up the hill.

Once there, from either:  Foothill Plaza is on the right.  Take the first right onto Homestead and immediately get into the left-turn lane (opposite the Chevron station).  Turn left onto El Sereno.  Continue to the 4th house on the right.
