The full fee of $755 includes room, board and tuition. All applications must be accompanied by a minimum $125 deposit and will be considered in order or receipt. Final payment is due by June 9. Registration after June 23 must be paid in full by cash, or by cashier's or traveler's check.
If the week is oversubscribed by March 17, a lottery will be held. Notification of acceptance or wait-list status will be send by March 31, followed by a comprehensive information packet.
All cancellations incur a minimum $25 fee.
$125 will be retained for cancellations received after April 30. $400 will be retained for cancellations received after June 9. The entire registration fee may be retained for cancellations received after June 23. To protect your investment, you may wish to purchase trip cancellation insurance.
Although all campers will have light daily chores, the smooth operation of camp depends upon the efforts of Work-Scholarship campers. A limited number of work scholarships at $506 for the week are available. All campers are eligible and will be considered upon request. Please accompany your request with the $125 deposit.
Only full-time registrants will be accepted. Participants 15-17 years old are welcome if accompanied by a responsible adult. Smoking is permitted in limited areas of the site; pets are not allowed on the campgrounds. For the health of all camp participants, please use fragrance-free personal hygiene products. Information regarding products provided by BACDS as well as those you should bring will be detailed in your information packet.

BACDS offers two other dance camps in 2007: English Week, June 30-July 7, at the Mendocino Woodlands, and Family Week, July 15-22, near Sonora at the Foothill Horizons Camp.
