We are an organization of volunteers (we invite you to lend your hand and join our volunteer efforts!) so we do not have an office staff with a phone number for you to call. Please use this web site to find information about us and our activities, or send email as above. One of our volunteers will respond as quickly as possible.

Privacy Policy

We do not collect your name or other personally identifiable information on this web site except when you provide it for a specific purpose:

• your email address if you sign up for our electronic mailings
• your name and mailing address if you sign up for paper mailings
• your name and shipping address if you make an online purchase

Credit card information is not collected by this web site; online payments are handled by a PCI certified service provider, and we never even see your credit card or other financial information.

The web site server logs network information including your IP address as part of its job to ensure the smooth running of the web site. This technical information is not personally identifiable information.

Refunds and Returns Policy

Each of our events, including camps and weekends, has a refund policy which is included in the registration information for the event. Events which require preregistration have a cancellation fee which increases as the event approaches, and which may depend on whether your reserved space can be filled by another dancer on the wait-list. “No-shows” for a preregistered event receive no refund.

Audio CDs are not returnable unless defective, and then only for replacement with the same title. No refunds are given for purchases of audio CDs.
