2012 BACDS Playford Ball

Registration:

Welcome to the online registration form.  Fill it out, print a copy, and mail it with your payment to the Playford Ball registrar.  Date of registration will be the date your check is actually received.  Please make checks out to "BACDS" and mail to: Playford Ball, c/o Marion Severy, 378 Balmoral Way, Hayward, CA 94544.  Any questions?  Just contact us.

If you prefer hardcopy, you can also print out our registration flyer (requires Acrobat Reader) which includes a schedule of related events.

Please submit no more than two people per registration.
