"John Tallis' Cannonballs"
4 pkgs chopped, frozen spinach
4 cugps herb stuffing
2 large minced onions
1 Tablespoon thyme
2 cloves garlic, minced
8 eggs
1 cup parmesan cheese
1-1 1/2 melted butter
Thaw spinach. Press out water.
Mix in other ingredients. Roll
into small balls. Refrigerate 2
hours. Bake 30 minutes at 300º
