PlayFood: Cream Cheese/Salmon Pâté Sandwiches 
"Go Fish"

one summer and modified 
 
24 oz. cream cheese 
24 oz. canned smoked salmon, drained 
2 pkg. fresh dill 
round (about 2” diameter) loaf of rye bread giving 150 thin slices 
 
Clean dill.  Reserve enough for one tiny sprig on top of each serving. 
Blend the rest with the cream cheese and salmon in a food processor. 
Spoon about 2 tsp. of mixture onto a thin slice of rye bread.  Decorate 
with a tiny sprig of dill.  Makes about 150 servings.
