PlayFood: Crackers and Cheese Cubes
"Yatz-cheese"
2 # Sharp cheddar cheese
2 # Monterey Jack cheese
2 kinds of crackers
Cut cheese into ¾ inch cubes as for very small kids’ building blocks.
You need at least 100 cubes of each cheese. Serve with a choice of two
rackers. Possible crackers you might use: Savory thins, a rice
cracker from Trader Joes, and a good Wheat cracker. But if you have a
favorite that goes well with cheese, feel free to use it.
