03-30-03 2003 registration is closed.  Keep checking for info on the 2004 event.

Welcome to the online registration form.  You can fill it out online, or print it mail a copy to the Playford Ball registrar.  However, please be aware that the date of registration will be the date your check is actually received.  Mail to: Playford Ball, c/o Annette Kindred, 2326 McGee Avenue, Berkeley, CA 94703-1624.  Any questions?  Just contact us.

If you prefer hardcopy, you can also print out our registration flyer (note - it's legal size, but will reduce nicely)
