Registration:

Welcome to the online registration form.  You can fill it out, print it, and transmit a copy to the Fall Ball registrar.  However, be warned!  Until the corresponding funds are received you are not registered.  Date of registration will be the date when monies are actually received. (Translation:  no dough...no deal...no dance.  'nuff said).

Mail to: BACDS, c/o Helena Ivatt, 5256 Locksley Avenue, Oakland CA 94618 (be sure to get the name and address spelling correct to avoid mail delays)

Be sure to submit one form for each person to be registered.  Also be sure to complete all information to prevent delays.

Advance registration by November 10th is only $15 per person; after and at the door $18 per person.
