Sharon Green & Kalia Kliban with Odd Sundays English Garage Band and other favorite recorded musicians. It’s the Fabulous Fourth of July, so expect fireworks—virtual ones! We’re in a festive, holiday mood, so anything goes, silly songs, patriotic verse, military marches, and of course admirable adaptations of English country dances, brought to you by Kalia and Sharon. Please feel free to dress up as your favorite Minute Men and Women, British Grenadiers, Boston Tea Party-goers, Founding Fathers and Mothers—whatever historical or hysterical figure you choose. Dress up your setting as well, with a virtual background or with actual flags, [U.S., U.K., Canadian), banners, muskets, drums. Our theme for the day is Red, White, and Blue. Have fun with it. Who knows? You might win a prize for The Most Creative Use of a Red, White, & Blue color scheme! Doors open 1:00 pm PDT (sound check and chat), dance starts at 1:30PM PDT.
