How to Register (Two Ways)

 Register and Pay Online with PayPal (PayPal account not required) or Venmo

Submit your registration form: BTB 2026 Online Registration.

When you have completed your online registration, you will get an automated email that your form was received.

To make your payment online, use the link which will be provided when you submit registration, or use the Payment page. (Remember to add $5 to your reg fee when you pay with PayPal or Venmo.)

Once the registrar has both the registration form and payment, you will get a separate email from us welcoming you to Balance the Bay.

 Register Online and Mail Your Payment

Make your check out to BACDS; mail it to the Registrar: Cathy Clary, 813 Bantam Way, Petaluma, CA 94952.

Once the registrar has both the registration form and payment, you will get a separate email from us welcoming you to Balance the Bay.

Other Registration Info

 Who Gets In

There is no lottery and no gender balancing, so sign up early to secure your space. Registrations will be recorded in order of receipt. Registration is not complete until payment is received.

 Work-Trade

We can provide a partial discount if you're willing to help out (and miss some dancing): $95 for 4 hours of work. Work-traders should expect to plan their work-trade commitment with our coordinator in advance of the weekend.

If you are interested in more work for a bigger discount, let us know on your registration form or email us and we will get in touch.

 Cancellation / Refund Policy

• Through July 15, we will refund your registration amount minus a $20 cancellation fee ($10 for youth).
• No refunds after July 15 unless we can fill your slot.
