1 - Calculate Amount Due
Please calculate a single amount to cover all registrations & any donations you are paying. Add a small service charge of $5 per person if using PayPal or Venmo.

2 - Pay (choose a method)
2.a PayPal
Click on the PayPal "Donate" button below. You will have the option of paying through your PayPal account or via a debit or credit card. PLEASE NOTE: Your transaction will be seen as a "donation" to Bay Area Country Dance Society (BACDS).
Additional help with PayPal screens:
- Enter the total amount you are paying and use the drop down that best describes the people you are registering and paying for. Press a payment button.
- Next, click in the field "Enter registrant names". Adding all registrant names here will help us apply the payment correctly.
- On the final screen press the "Donate Now" button.
2.b Venmo
Open your Venmo smartphone app (you can also use the "Venmo" button in the PayPal donate button above): Login and select the "Charity" category, and type in Balancethebay. (You may need to click the link to "See more charities.") You will see this if you found the correct organization:
If you are paying for more than yourself, please add a note with the names of the registrants.
NOTE: There are DIFFERENT Venmo accounts for "Bay Area Country Dance Society"! Please be sure to select the "@Balancethebay" CHARITY. DON'T send your registration payment to the "@BACDS" business.
2.c Check
Make the check out to "BACDS" and include a note with the names of any additional dancers you are paying for. Mail it to:
