San Francisco Contra Weekend Cancellation Policy

We look forward to your participation in Balance the Bay! If for some reason, you need to cancel your registration, kindly let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations made two weeks prior to the dance weekend -- by Friday, April 25, 2008 -- will incur a $15 administrative processing fee. Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund registrations after Friday, April 25, 2008. We will, however, consider unusual emergency situations such as medical or family reasons.
