BACDS' 13th annual No Snow Ball, at a --a new location! Dress in your winter finery (or come as you are and contra the night away to the calls of Santa Claus & Tom Snowby with The Five Scrooges (Ray Bierl, Kevin Carr, Paul Kotapish, Daniel Stei
berg & Cathie Whitesides). The dance lasts from 7:30PM to 11:30PM, special admission of $17/$14 includes buffet.

The second Wednesday Berkeley English dance at GNC featuring series host David Newitt teaching the dances, with music by Chuck Ward, Judy Linsenberg, & friend.
Friday, December 10
It's the 19th anniversary of the Friday night Berkeley contra! Join the celebration at FIN, with caller Kirston Koths with music by The Billies (Ray Bierl, Kevin Carr, Paul Kotapish, & Daniel Steinberg).
Saturday, December 11
[11/22] The once-a-month San Francsicon English dance takes place at BET in the Noe Valley district. Lise Dyckman calls, with music by William Allen, Jon Berger, and friend.
... while down in Palo Alto at PA, Andy Wilson calls an evening of contras with music provided by the sextet of Québecquasi (Kevin Carr, John Hamstra, Caroline Cirimele, Barbara Mendelsohn, Laurie Rivin, Daniel Steinberg).

& Second Sunday Squares in El Cerrito--at ECV, Erik Hoffman serves up the squares and contras, with fine music by Luceo (Lee Anne Welch, John Light, and Rebecca King).

It's a Wednesday, so there's community dance in Berkeley at GNC. Tonight's featured caller is Patti Smolian, with music by Three O'Clock Shadow (Erik Hoffman, Chris Grampp and Adam Cavan).
