Registration:

Welcome to the online registration form.  You can fill it out and transmit a copy to the Fall Ball registrar (you'll get a copy via email).  However, be warned!  Until payment is received you are not registered.  Date of registration will be the date when monies are actually received. (Translation:  no dough...no deal...no dance.  'nuff said).

Please make out checks payable to BACDS and mail to: Fall Ball, ℅ Loretta Guarino Reid, 879 Loma Verde Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94303-4115.

Extra hands are needed to make this truly a enjoyable event - see our volunteer suggestions.  If you have specifics things you can/can't do, please note them in comments below:

I can help before the day of the Ball; at the workshop; with refreshments; with set-up; with clean-up.

We: can offer / will need hospitality/rides for out-of-area guests.

For the potluck buffet I will bring something savory; bring something sweet; enclose a donation ($5-$8 per person suggested).

Advance registration by November 5th is only $28 per person; after that (and at the door) $35 per person (please contact us if you'd like to attend but these costs cause you difficulty).
