Welcome to the online registration form.  You can fill it out and transmit a copy to the Fall Ball registrar (you'll get a copy via email).  However, be warned!  Until payment is received you are not registered.  Date of registration will be the date when monies are actually received. (Translation:  no dough...no deal...no dance.  'nuff said).

Please make out checks payable to BACDS and mail to: Fall Ball, c/o Loretta Guarino Reid, 879 Loma Verde, Palo Alto, CA 94303-4115.
