A deposit of $50 is required and must accompany each application. Full payment is encouraged at registration,
but not required. If registering online, payment may be made via PayPal after completing the registration form (you will receive payment details in the confirmation email). Otherwise, make check payable to BACDS and mail with completed
registration form to: BACDS Spring Fever, c/o Michael Diamond, 651 Franklin St, Apt 4105, Mountain View, CA 94041.
Please submit one registration form per person, including children of any age.
Cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Important Camp and Registration Information:
- BACDS Spring Fever Dance Weekend is a fragrance-free event.
- Spring Fever does not discriminate on the basis of gender. There will be no gender balancing.
- Work-Trade: A limited number of positions are available. Spaces will be filled on a first come, first served
basis & granted on willingness and ability to work.
There are non-physical duties available. Please identify
any physical limitations you may have so that we can appropriately assign duties to your abilities.
- Scholarships: A limited number of Youth Scholarship are available
for ages 16 to 30 only. A Need-based
Scholarship may be granted to cover costs that cannot be met by campers due to financial hardship. All scholarships
may require Work-Trade responsibilities, and are granted on a first come, first served basis after review from the
committee.
- Your deposit holds your place at camp for a limited time. If full
payment has not been received by February 1, 2015 then your place and your deposit are forfeit.
Confirmations and camper letters will be sent via email unless
otherwise requested.
