You may complete and print a registration using the form below.  Entire fee must accompany application.  Make check out to BACDS and mail with completed registration form to: BACDS Spring Fever, c/o Stewart Hall, 2626 Waverley Street, Palo Alto, CA 94306-2436.

Please submit one registration form per person, including children of any age.  Cancellations may be subject to a fee.  Contact us with any questions or check our FAQ.
