You may register for camp online, using this form, however, your registration
is not considered complete until your check is received. You
may submit the form electronically, and follow with the check, or print
out a completed form and mail it with your check.

Please submit one registration form per person. Cancellations are
subject to a $50 administrative fee.

The Fine Print: All registrations (or mailed
checks, in the case of electronic form submission) postmarked by January
15, 2002 will be considered together. Registrations (or mailed checks)
postmarked after January 15 will be considered in the order payment
is received. Some attempt will be made to keep the gender balance to
+/-15%. Some preference will be given to campers on last year's wait
list, dance group leaders, significant volunteers, and first time campers.
Confirmation letters will be mailed out after February 12, 2002. If
you prefer to receive your letter via email, please check the appropriate
box on the registration form below.
