Registration The registration fee for the dance week is $585. The fee includes room, board, and tuition. A deposit of $75 per camper is due with each application, with final payment due by June 15. You are encouraged to pay the full fee in advance. To avoid problems associated with slow mail, all applications postmarked by April 1 will be deemed to have arrived on that date. If English Dance Week is oversubscribed, a drawing will be held. Applications postmarked after April 1 will be considered in order of receipt. Registrants will be accepted regardless of gender until an 18% imbalance occurs. Only in that case will a waiting list be instituted before camp is filled. Notification of acceptance or waiting list status will be mailed after April 25. Please note that there is a cancellation fee: if the registrar receives notice by June 15, $35 of your deposit is nonrefundable. After June 15, $75 is nonrefundable. The entire fee may be retained in the event of cancellation without sufficient notice after July 6. The smooth operation of camp depends on the efforts of work scholarship campers! Work scholarships (covering up to 1/3 of the fee) are available to all and will be considered upon request. Scholarship requests must be accompanied by the $75 deposit. We offer a scholarship to a musician interested in English dance music. For further details on the Jude Biggs scholarship, please contact Jocelyn Reynolds. Only full-time registrants, generally 18 or over, can be accepted. Teenage applicants, if accompanied by an adult, will be considered. For the health of all camp participants, we strongly encourage the use of nontoxic and fragrance-free products at camp. Complete information will be included in the acceptance packet.
