Camp is filling up fast -- send in your registration soon!
You can download and fill out the registration form on your computer. Then please print the completed form and mail it to us with your deposit or full payment.
The full fee of $775 includes room, board and tuition. All applications must be accompanied by a minimum $150 deposit and will be considered in order of receipt. Final payment is due by June 7. Registration after June 21 must be paid in full by cash, or by cashier’s or traveler’s check.
All cancellations incur a minimum $30 fee.
$150 will be retained for cancellations received after April 28. $400 will be retained for cancellations received after June 7. The entire registration fee will be retained for cancellations received after June 21. To protect your investment, you may wish to purchase trip cancellation insurance.
Only full-time registrants will be accepted. Participants 15-17 years old are welcome if accompanied by a responsible adult. Smoking is permitted in limited areas of the site; pets are not allowed on the campgrounds. For the health of all camp participants, please use fragrance-free personal hygiene products. Detailed information regarding products provided by BACDS, as well as those you might choose to bring yourself, will follow.
Scholarships are available. Please submit your scholarship application in the manner indicated in the application, and send your registration form with a $150 deposit.
- Although all campers will have light daily chores, the smooth operation of camp depends upon the efforts of Work-Trade campers. A limited number of Work-Trade Scholarship positions at $517 for the week are available. All campers are eligible and will be considered in order of request. Please complete the Work-Trade Scholarship Application.
- Thanks to the generosity of the Country Dance and Song Society and affiliate CDSS communities, two full scholarships are available to campers ages 18-30 who actively demonstrate community leadership potential. Please complete the CDSS Matching ‘Youth’ Scholarship Application.
- A full registration fee Jude Biggs Musician Scholarship is available to a promising dance musician whose energy, boosted by the inspiration of being at camp, will contribute to dances in his or her local community. Please complete the Jude Biggs Musician Scholarship Application.
