History:
The original Fall Ball was created in 1995 as a less
formal alternative to the Playford Ball. The original committee was Karen
Wetmore (later Gryciewicz), David Newitt, Helena Ivatt and Anne Miller-Bagwell.
It was so much fun that many of the original gang of 4 are still involved with
it.
Here's some of what we've done in the past:
- 2002 - "A movable feast" - the ball moves, the fun doesn't; James Hutson

- 1999 - "New Wine in Old Bottles" - modern reinterpretations of traditional dances; Lise Dyckman

- 1997 - "The Best of the Bay"- highlighting dances from local Bay Area composers; Alisa Dodson caller
- 1996 - "Oh P'Shaw 2" - in movie parlance: the sequel; David Newitt caller
- 1995 - "Oh P'Shaw" - a salute to Pat Shaw; David Newitt caller
