Registration

Registration is now open.

The cost of Fall Frolick weekend is $480. The weekend runs from Friday late afternoon to Sunday late afternoon, and includes six meals starting with Friday dinner. A $50 deposit is due at the time of registration, but if that would be difficult for you, contact the registrar. Registration is not complete until both your registration form and the deposit are received. Full payment is due on Oct 19.

If Fall Frolick weekend is oversubscribed as of the lottery deadline (August 3, 2026) we will hold a lottery for all applicants who have registered and paid their deposit payment by August 3th. The US mail can be unreliable, so we encourage anyone paying by check to allow plenty of time for delivery. We will hold the actual lottery within 10 days of the registration deadline.

After Aug 3, registrations will be accepted in the order received and either admitted to Fall Frolick or added to the waitlist.

More About the Lottery Process

Registration for Fall Frolick opens on June 1. If we don’t have enough places for everyone who applies by the Aug 3 lottery deadline, we hold a lottery for admission. We urge everyone to register as soon as possible because Fall Frolick is very popular and there is limited space at camp. After the lottery deadline, applications will be handled in the order they arrive.

We usually admit about 80 dancers(applicants) total but Bishop’s Ranch does not have enough on-site housing for everyone. To have a full camp, we need 8 applicants to stay off site.

We will notify applicants of the lottery results -- who has been admitted and who is on the waitlist -- by Aug 17. People on the waitlist will be admitted to camp as cancellations occur. If you were waitlisted in 2025 you will be given an extra number in the lottery to give you an extra chance to be admitted. If you qualify for an extra number but you apply as a group with others who were not waitlisted, you lose your preferred status (extra number).

You might increase your chances of admission by applying for Work Trade or if you are willing to stay off-site.
