Cancellation Policy

Fall Frolick has been very popular in the past few years and there has been a long wait list. Late cancellations prevent other people from attending camp. If you have a change of plans after being accepted, please let us know as soon as possible.

We must give a final camper list to Bishop’s Ranch several weeks before our starting date. If you cancel on or before October 19, you will receive a full refund except for your $50 deposit.

After Oct 19, your payment is non-refundable with the following exceptions:

• If we can fill your slot, you will receive
  • Full refund except for your $50 deposit.
• If you must cancel because you contract an infectious disease such as COVID-19
  • Full refund (minus $50) if we fill your slot.
  • $250 (partial) refund if we’re unable to fill your slot.
