The cost of Fall Frolick weekend is $475. The weekend runs from Friday late afternoon to Sunday late afternoon, and includes six meals starting with Friday dinner. A $50 deposit is due at the time of registration, but if that would be difficult for you, contact the registrar. Registration is not complete until the deposit is received. Full payment is due on Sept 2.
If the Fall Frolick weekend is oversubscribed as of the registration deadline (August 4, 2025) we will hold a lottery for all applicants who have registered and indicated that they have mailed their deposit payment by August 4th. This means payment must be postmarked by August 4. We will hold the actual lottery within 10 days of the registration deadline.
We recognize that the US mail can be unreliable, so we will include applicants who registered by the deadline and indicated they would mail deposits by the deadline, even if we have not yet received their deposit. But, if, when we do receive the deposit, it was postmarked after the deadline, that applicant will lose their place and be added to the wait list according to their postmark date.
After Aug 4, registrations will be accepted in the order received and either admitted to Fall Frolick or added to the waitlist.
