Covid Policy

These policies are based on our belief that dancers care about each other and will take personal responsibility for protecting everyone's health. In the week prior to arriving, we kindly ask incoming campers and staff to take extra precautions to protect themselves when attending large gatherings or traveling.

Vaccination: Proof of Covid vaccination will not be required. We highly recommend full vaccination.

Masking Our masking policy is that masks are not mandatory, but are welcome.

Testing: Please bring at least two covid tests to camp. Upon arrival at camp, you will be asked to report the results of a Covid test taken within the last 6 hours. You can show us a photo taken during the half hour when the results are valid, or you can take the test when you arrive. We also ask everyone to test again on Saturday before dinner. If you test positive, alert Bonnie Richardson as soon as possible. You will be required to leave camp or isolate. People who have had close exposure to you will be required to mask for the rest of camp. We will give campers the name of anyone who tests positive so they can make an informed decision about masking.

Symptoms: We urge anyone with any symptoms of cold, fever or cough to stay home. If you know that you have been exposed to someone with Covid within 5 days before camp, please contact the registrar.

Refunds: Anyone who cannot attend camp because of a positive Covid infection, test or Covid-like symptoms will get a full refund, less your $50 deposit.
