Cancellation Policy

We must give a final headcount to Bishop’s Ranch three weeks before our starting date, on October 25. If you cancel before that date you will receive a full refund except for your $50 deposit.

After that date, your payment is non-refundable with the following exceptions:

• If we can fill your slot, you will receive a full refund except for your $50 deposit.
• If you must cancel because you contract COVID-19 or have symptoms of a communicable disease, we will offer a full refund of your registration fee, less your $50 deposit. Other situations, such as close contact with a COVID-19 positive person, will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
