Balance the Bay Cancellation Policy

We look forward to your participation in Balance the Bay! If you need to cancel your registration, let us know as soon as possible. Registrations are not transferable.
If you cancel:

by May 1 (the Lottery Date) or while on the waiting list, we will refund your full registration fee.
by July 10 we will refund your registration fee, minus a $25 administrative processing charge.
from July 12-24 and we can fill your place from the waiting list, we will refund your registration fee, minus a $25 charge.
after July 24 and we can fill your place from the waiting list, we will refund your registration fee, minus a $40 processing charge.

Donations and T-shirt sales are not refundable.
